Overall Fantastic service and entertainment. Only complaint is that two requested songs were not played, but this was most likely due to time constraints.
LHE RESPONSE:
I (Scott) always try to play all Requests. However, I believe the last (2) Songs that Marissa is referring to was "planned" to be played towards the end of the Reception. However, the Reception was outside & unfortunately it rained the last (45) minutes of the Reception itself.

Scott Light and his team offer fantastic service and entertainment. He is wonderful at tailoring his services and personality to the event atmosphere. Thank you for everything. I just hired Scott a second time for a company Christmas party I'm in charge of planning. I know he won't let me down.

What a GREAT evening at our 50's Rock'n Roll Dance, sponsored by SAHS class of 1960. Everything from beginning to end was executed in such a professional way while still adding your personal touches. Your undying momentum in keeping things energetic and "moving" was right on key. It was evident last night your goal was to showcase the sponsor and what they wanted to happen. So many times these events turn into the "DJ show" alone. You accomplished both in a first class way. Speaking for myself I will highly recommend you to everyone I know seeking this entertainment. the music was good although some songs that normally get the crowd involved didn't go over that well, I think mainly because the high schoolers think those songs were what they danced to in middle school and think they are above that.... but that is something that could change from school to school and not easy to predict. Can't complain much when you allow them to choose on the online request tool. I didn't here any complaints that you didn't have a good variety and I have heard that from other dj's we've used.

Lighthouse provides a very different and unique service to their clients with the online requests and the digital photos is an added bonus too. Scott Light is very professional and works hard to provide quality entertainment. His service is over the top!

This is nothing to do with Scott's performance. I did notice that all of the smokers in the crowd took way to many smoke breaks. This seemed to make Scott work twice as hard at keeping people involved as well as with timing. Wouldn't it be a great if cigarettes were never invented!

We honestly believe everything was very excellent. Melinda and I had such a blast at our reception, and much of that is due to Light House Entertainment.

I would recommend Scott and Light House Entertainment for any wedding reception. He was very tasteful with his music selections, very prompt, picked out great music for us to dance to, fast and slow, and was very eager to meet any request on our end. His website made planning the reception very smooth. I honestly have to say that Scott did more for our wedding reception than what we could have ever imagined, he really came through for us and put smiles on our faces the entire evening. Not to mention all of the free digital pictures he took while handling the music, thanks Scott!

First and foremost, Scott did his best to get everybody as involved as possible. Sometimes at high school events, such as Prom, it is better for the DJ to keep addresses to the students to a minimum.

The overall performance was very good. Everybody really enjoyed the Guest Song Request Tool. Scott was very helpful in the planning stages and allowed us a lot of flexibility in our decisions.

I had numerous comments amongst my fellow students and committee members stating that this was the best snowball ever. Not just because of the elaborate decorations, but for the quality of the DJ. They said that he had up to date music that was easy to dance to and was very entertaining and kept the party moving all night. I would personally recommend him to anyone and would use him again for my personal affairs.

My daughter was placed in the "spot light" more than she felt comfortable with, although it was her birthday and Scott was just making her feel spsecial.

Scott did an excellent job for my daughter's birthday party. He conducted the entire event, engaged the guests in fun contests and played music that encouraged dancing. Lighthouse Entertainment was definitely the core component of the party and I highly recommend them.
