Should the date / time for your event be open, you will be automatically directed to our instant PRICE QUOTE GENERATOR. Should the date / time for your event already be reserved, you will be directed to a page that provides information on (2) DJs that we would recommend for your event date / time.

Client Access Area - ...you asked for it, "I wish I had one place that I could access the interactive PLANNING FORM, EVENT TIMELINE, MUSIC REQUESTS, and the EVENT SATISFACTION SURVEY?"

...well, you got it! Due to the amount of requests posed by this question, we have combined these (4) areas of our web site into (1). You can now log in (via your event date and a secure password), to your very own specially designed Client Access Area:

1.
Planning Form - Instantly start to plan your event! We have multiple customized Planning Forms that can be utilized to completely plan every aspect of our entertainment services to your event. Remember, the more information we have concerning your event, the more entertaining we can be. Please, provide as many details as possible. You can never provide too much information. By the way, you can save your Planning Form for later use. At any time, you can add, modify, or delete information until you are ready to submit it to us.

Also, we've added yet another feature that will allow instant connection to our Online Music Database for special songs that you wish to be played at certain times (ie: Bride / Groom Dance, Bridal Party Dance, Last Dance of Evening, etc.) during your event. When you load your Event Planner you will see little blue "musical notes", by fields that will allow you to connect to our Online Music Database. Just click it and you can search by Artist or Song. Once you submit your request, your Results will be shown (via the Planning Form). Click whatever song you select for your "special song" and click USE. You will be instantly connected back to your Planning Form that you were just working on and the song request field will be updated. Pretty nice, huh?

Event Timeline - Instantly view a timeline for your event. When you first reserve / book our services we will setup a very tentative "timeline" for your event. Throughout your planning process, you can update your timeline accordingly. However, after our Pre-Event Planning Session (app. 2 weeks before your event), we will modify your timeline to be more appropriate to your event entertaining needs.

Music Requests - Instantly start to search our huge music library for songs to play at your event! Search via Artist or by Song. Apply one of many filters to narrow your search. Hear actual samples of songs (provided in conjunction with Barnes & Noble.com) by clicking the "blue speaker" to the left of your search results. Create "My Request List" by adding your search results to one of three categories (Must Play, Play If Possible, and Do Not Play, etc.). On top of that, you will be able to attach "notes" to each and every selection, so you can provide us with more detailed information.

4. Event Satisfaction Survey - We are working constantly to make you and your's events, the most memorable that it would ever be! Now you can be part of the excitement! Tell us what you enjoyed and even what you believe we can improve upon. It's because of our experience and your partnership that will allow us to be the most sought after and more importantly, most entertaining, Mobile Entertaining (DJ) Service in this metro area! Guest Song Request(s) - Now, (for the first time in this Regional Area), your Guests have an unprecedented way of requesting songs to be possibly played at your event (along with your Requests that you have selected through your Client Access Area); before your event!. By the way, the GSR tool looks like our current Music Requests link in your CAA, but doesn’t have categories (Must Play, Play If Possible, etc.) to place them in. It will allow a number (what we designate) of Requests per Guest. They can only add, modify, or delete their songs! Not Request(s) from other Guests. You have to check this new tool out! The response is awesome!
